For its Philippine International Motor Show debut, VinFast brings to life its integrated EV ecosystem with its 240-sqm exhibition display. Here, its growing portfolio of electric vehicles, including the VF 3, VF 6, VF 7, and VF 9, alongside the service-focused Herio Green and Limo Green models, is being showcased, not to mention V-Green’s smart charging solutions and Green GSM’s transportation services.

At the heart of this is the launch of Green GSM’s RENTAPASADA program, which enables drivers to access VinFast electric vehicles through flexible rental arrangements and start earning on the Green GSM platform with a low upfront deposit, long-term contracts, and competitive fixed daily rates starting from just P1,000.

The program aspires to expand the brand’s network while creating new income-generating opportunities for Filipino drivers.

“Today we’re again rewriting the rules with a new chapter. We are launching the VinFast RENTAPASADA program,” said VinFast Southeast Asia CEO Antonio “Toti” Zara III during an interview with Inquirer Motoring.

“This program is intended for the ride-hailing driver.
In the past, it was so difficult for drivers to apply for a bank loan.”

He explained that once the application is approved by the bank, the driver then gets to undergo through the hassle of downpayment, applying for franchise and many others.

“So we’re doing all of that for the driving.
They don’t need to apply for anything. They just give us P5,000-deposit. We will process the application as the GSM driver and as a platform driver. Once the car is ready, for P1,000 a day, they get the car to earn a livelihood,” he continued.

Per Zara, this also comes with free charging, while the driver gets 90 percent of the earnings and only 10-percent commission goes to GSM.

“We’re the only ones doing this.”

The program reflects VinFast’s broader vision of making EVs relevant not only as a transportation solution, but also as an economic opportunity.

Together with Green GSM and V-Green, the program forms part of a connected ecosystem designed to address key barriers to EV adoption.

Other than this, VinFast also introduced the VF MPV 7, a spacious electric multipurpose vehicle designed to meet the evolving needs of modern Filipino families. With this, the company is offering a special promo program for the first 1,000 VF MPV 7 customers, which is with direct purchase incentives of over P27,000 for purchases with battery included, or up to one year of free battery subscription for customers who opt for the battery subscription model.

“It’s our first time to participate in the Philippine International Motor Show,” Zara further shared.

“It took a while and we see that PIMS is growing, CAMPI is growing. And as a leading EV brand in the industry, we play a critical role in CAMPI. We would like to promote this transportation toward electric mobility in the Philippines more.”
