Toyota Motor Corporation (TMC) recently debuted one of its longest-running nameplate, the all-new Toyota Land Cruiser during its world premiere.
Since the off-road icon’s introduction in the US market in 1958, it has evolved through the years.
Now, from the looks of it, the Land Cruiser is staying true to its heritage, returning as a high-quality off-roader at a more accessible price point that caters to a wider reach.
It is now built on the TNGA-F global truck platform, designed and engineered for the toughest of terrains.
So far, from what we know, the new Land Cruiser is exclusively available with the range-topping i-FORCE MAX hybrid powertrain that produces 326 horsepower and 630 N-m of torque. It is, this time, a tad smaller than the outgoing 200 Series model.
Globally, it is being priced in the mid-$50,000 range.
The 2024 Land Cruiser is being built in TMC’s Tahara and Hino plants in Japan.
According to sources, here are the features, specs and variants of the new Land Cruiser.
