Transportation Secretary Jaime Bautista and newly-minted Land Transportation Office (LTO) Assistant Secretary Vigor Mendoza II on Tuesday received the first batch of at least 5,000 license cards from Banner Plasticard Inc.

The 5,000 cards are the first batch of the 1 million cards from Banner Plasticard, Inc. in the next 60 days.
