Ferrari made another milestone by unveiling the F80, the marque’s most powerful road car ever as it made its regional debut at the “Universo Ferrari’ event in Bangkok. This exclusive exhibition, a first for Thailand and Southeast Asia, offers a deep dive into the world of Ferrari, showcasing its iconic legacy, groundbreaking technology, and unmatched performance.

The Ferrari F80 represents a new pinnacle of engineering from Maranello, Italy. Launched globally last October, the supercar features a revolutionary hybrid powertrain that marries a twin-turbocharged 3.0-liter V6 engine with cutting-edge electric motors. Together, this system produces a staggering 1,200 horsepower, making the F80 the most powerful road car Ferrari ever created.

This extreme level of performance translates into remarkable numbers, including a top speed of over 350km/h, and acceleration from 0 to 100 km/h in under 2.2 seconds.   Its advanced energy recovery systems were inspired by Ferrari’s Formula 1 technology, delivering both power and sustainability to achieve the best hybrid efficiency.  The Ferrari F80 redefines what a supercar can be. This extraordinary machine is powered by a revolutionary hybrid powertrain that combines a 3.0-liter twin-turbocharged V6 engine with advanced electric motors.

Beyond its record-breaking performance, the F80 embodies Ferrari’s commitment to innovative design and engineering. Its aerodynamic silhouette features active components, such as: an adjustable rear wing, optimizing downforce and stability at high speeds. Lightweight materials like carbon fiber ensure a perfect balance of agility and strength. Inside, the F80 offers a driver-focused cockpit that blends luxury with advanced digital interfaces, creating an immersive experience. As a symbol of Ferrari’s future, the F80 is not merely a car—it is a technological masterpiece that pushes the boundaries of performance, sustainability and design. Sculpted to optimize airflow and reduce drag, the car features an active rear wing, a low-slung front end, and aggressive side intakes. The use of lightweight materials, including carbon fiber, ensures the car remains nimble despite its immense power.

“This is not just a car; it’s a statement of Ferrari’s commitment to pushing the boundaries of what’s possible,” remarked chief marketing and commercial officer of Ferrari SpA, Enrico Galliera, who presented the F80 at the event.

The Asian premiere of the Ferrari F80 was the centerpiece of the event, attended by prominent figures such as Francesco Bianchi, president of Ferrari APAC and Middle East, and Nandhamalee Bhirombhakdi, managing director of Cavallino Motors Co. Ltd, Ferrari’s official importer in Thailand.
